i made a little random flash video and now i dont know how to put the newgrounds preloader on with it. what do i do?

to put on a newgrounds preloader go to preloaders page (link on flash portal) and click "download this .fla" it will open up flash with the preloader frames . delete all the purple frames. it only needs one frame to work
